MJ Transport is a road passenger carrier. The service offered is the door-to-door passenger transport from or to Orly and Charles de Gaulle Roissy (CDG) airports and all destinations in Paris and near suburbs, and more generally to all destinations negotiated.

The purchase of services from MJ Transport implies the full adherence of the customer to the general conditions and the unreserved acceptance of all the provisions set out therein.

MJ Transport reserves the right to make updates at any time to the conditions defined herein (changes in the regulations in force, pricing, etc.).

We therefore advise you to consult them regularly.

1. Intellectual property

All data, text, information, images or any other content disseminated on our site is subject to protection under intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of the elements of the site without the express written consent of MJ Transport constitutes an act of infringement punishable by the Property Code. Intellectual. All brands and any other distinctive signs that appear on our site are the property of MJ Transport. Any reproduction and any use are therefore prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of MJ Transport.

2. Reservations

MJ Transport or our agents will register your reservation and, at your request, can provide you with written confirmation, as well as an invoice indicating the amount excluding VAT, VAT and the amount including VAT. An online reservation can be made up to 24 hours before the day of your trip, for a departure, an arrival or a round trip. By phone, the reservation can be accepted for the same day, depending on the real-time availability of our vehicles. Unless agreed in advance, if you have not made payment for your transport before the scheduled deadline, as we or our agent or our site have indicated to you, we may cancel your reservation.

You acknowledge that personal information about you has been provided to us by you for the purpose of making your reservation. You authorize us to hold such information in our computer system. This information is subject to the regulations in force, in particular concerning the prescriptions of the CNIL.

On arrival and in the most unfavorable case, by our fault and except in cases of force majeure, the wait cannot exceed 60 minutes. In the case of a plane delay on arrival, we will endeavor to give you satisfaction within the framework of our possibilities.

Departing from Paris, the rigor of the schedule, except prior discussion with our services, does not allow us to wait more than 15 minutes from the start of the scheduled pick-up time indicated on your voucher.

3. Conditions of transportation

The principle adopted is transporting a maximum of 8 people using our Renault Trafic type vehicles currently in service. Our shuttles are non-smoking.

In accordance with the regulations in force, all travelers have seat belts and are obliged to use them. The transport of one or more people is only possible if there is a previously and duly recorded reservation in our schedule.

The transport times indicated on our site are provided as an indication and are based on 15 years of experience. However, traffic difficulties beyond our control may modify the planned transport times.

Pets travel with luggage in a cage, belonging to their masters, provided for this purpose. For small animals, a closed basket is required and must be under the exclusive vigilance of their masters.

4. Pricing

The pricing principle takes into account a number of people picked up at a single point and dropped off at another single point. Our current rates are available online and are free to consult.

Our rates are inclusive of VAT and take into account one piece of luggage and one item of hand luggage per person. Charges are to be expected for any additional luggage.

Payment for services is made directly on our site via secure electronic payment.

5. Cancellation, modification

Any cancellation or modification of one or more reservations will incur administration and management fees, but can be done under the following conditions:

Cancellation

More than 48 hours (2, 3 days, etc.) from the date of the trip, refund of 95% of the sums paid. Between 48 and 24 hours from the date of the transfer, refund of 50% of the payment. Within 24 hours of the trip, no refund is possible.

Amendment

Total free of charge for online changes more than 24 hours (2, 3 days, etc.) from the date of the trip, in the event that they do not cause any damage to MJ Transport.

Less than 24 hours before the trip, a modification is only possible by telephone contact with our services, from 8am to 8pm, local Paris time. The pricing supplement will then be concluded by mutual agreement by telephone, and deemed to be payable immediately.

6. Payments

Payment by credit card is provided by our partner Crédit Industriel et Commercial, recognized for the reliability of its online transactions. The transaction between us is encrypted using the SSL protocol. As soon as this transaction process begins, a small padlock appears on your screen. No banking information circulates unencrypted on the Internet, it is encrypted on your computer before reaching us.

7. Law, disputes

Our general conditions are subject to French law. In case of disputes only the courts of Bobigny will be competent.
